Last week my family jetted off to Mexico to celebrate my dad’s 50th birthday! It was extra special because it was the first time all 12 of us have gone on a trip together! I’ve complied a collection of blurry iphone photos, shaky videos and random moments to share of our trip below. We hung out on the beach, swam in the pool, played ping-pong, explored the town, took terrifying bus rides, scoped out the nearest Starbucks, went snorkeling, on a boat ride, shopping, sang karaoke & ate + drank LOTS. It was an awesome and super memorable week!
When Spencer wasn’t studying he finished a few books. So did my mom, dad & I. I’ve linked a few of the books we read on our vacation below:
1. Better than Before: Mastering the Habits of Our Daily Lives by Gretchen Rubin
2. The Alchemist: A Fable About Following Your Dream by Paulo Coelho
3. A Voice in the Wind by Francine Rivers
4. Hyena Road: A Novel by Paul Gross
We went on a glass bottom boat tour to see the famous Arch of Cabo San Lucas! We saw whales, seals & a few dolphins. It was a great time. Later in the afternoon we went snorkeling at Santa Maria Beach.
Obviously my sisters and I just couldn’t bear to be seen in the same swimsuit two days in a row haha! I’ve linked a few of the ones we wore below:
1. BCBGeneration Fun in the Sun Swimsuit (Top) (Bottoms)
2. Triangl – Ollie Tilly Sunburst Swimsuit
Spencer and I ventured into town one afternoon to the not-so-touristy part of where we were staying. I didn’t take very many pictures that day but I did eat an unreal macaroon from a tiny bakeshop. Definitely worth the walk in the Mexican heat.
The whole trip was a blast! I’m looking forward to doing it again sometime soon (*hint hint* mom & dad)!
Here’s a cheesy video of our adventure, check it out below:

I love the pictures
Thanks Auntie!!
